Norman Lau
Norman Lau specializes in complex insurance coverage disputes and counseling. His practice includes evaluating and counseling clients on a wide variety of insurance coverage issues, including those related to General Liability, Personal Lines (automobile, homeowners, and personal umbrella), Errors and Omissions, and First-Party Property insurance policies. Mr. Lau’s practice also includes representing insurers in first- and third- party bad faith litigation, inter-carrier contribution lawsuits, and declaratory relief actions in state and federal court.
Mr. Lau counsels clients with respect to a variety of issues under the law of multiple states on insurance claims, including construction defects, contractual indemnity, and additional insured liability.
Mr. Lau has successfully resolved claims for clients through dispositive motions and on appeal.
