Sara M. Parker specializes in complex insurance coverage disputes. Her practice includes evaluating and litigating high exposure claims under standard ISO form and broker-manuscript insurance contracts, including primary, umbrella, excess and surplus lines. Ms. Parker represents large domestic insurance companies in complex third-party environmental, construction defect and bad faith matters throughout California and the Pacific Northwest. In addition, she provides coverage advice on a wide range of insurance issues involving general liability, professional liability, property and bad faith claims.

Ms. Parker has directed trial preparation of large insurance coverage cases. In addition, she has briefed and argued matters before the courts of appeal. She routinely resolves claims in favor of her clients through dispositive motions.
